Bali Adventure #12 - Ubud Market

A trip to Ubud would not be complete without visiting the Ubud Market. I bought 3 mosaic platters of varying sizes and it was a steal. The only problem I faced was lugging it back - luckily B was there to help me carry it every now and then. I really liked Ubud for its carvings and its decorative items, however, it was just too troublesome to bring them back home with us...
maybe next time we can ship it back.

I had also wanted to buy an elephant tea light candle holder thingy, but B asked me when I would use it and told me not to waste my money buying trinkets like this. I secretly planned to buy the elephant thingy at another market in Bali but alas, I did not see the elephant again. What a pity. It was quite cute **sniff**
Bali Lesson#1: if you see something you like in Bali,
just buy it as it may not be available everywhere.

Below are some photos of the Ubud Market ~ enjoy them!

Yes. I love the things that Bali has to offer. There are so many ID things which are really really cheap - bargaining is a must here!

You should go if you have the chance and the beaches and the religious art are awesome too.

Thanks for the compliment Lynn and yes Ubud is so awesome. I loved it heaps more than I did Kuta or Seminyak.
